Make /ignore command work with shouts.

    Suggestion: Make the /ignore command worth it shouts. when you use /ignore (username) make it also ignore the users shouts.

    Reason: The shout spam from some users are really annoying and there is no way to block it, There are lots of players that would also like this added.

    Any Other Information: Not really.

    Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition?: Just a config edit right?

    Yes, /ignore doesn't really ignore alot of stuff it should.

    Also, is it really that annoying? do we have to edit stuff for this particular reason?

    This would make shouts less attractive.
    When a user pays $1,000 for a shout, it should be visible to everyone.
