I am experencing that i can't talk in any chat other than Survival Games, this is really annoying and get this fixed!!!
You're not giving us much to work with. What does it say when you try to join global chat? Can you use commands? Can you chat only in the sg channel?
Adding to kuke's questions... Did you leave the chat channels (/ch leave)? Can you private message people?
