Possibly add it as an additon to the TownControl feature or possibly have an application for it which costs money.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: Lets say you wanted to clear a hideous large structure made entirely from glass or a material which isn't mined any faster depending on the tool you use. It would make life so much easier and it would be entirely at your own risk whether you allow TNT to be used within a town. However, I see problems this may cause including lag and the ability to land clear very fast which is why I also suggest that the TNT is only place-able every so often, just like water and lava for those without the features or have it so TNT can only be placed by those with a certain feature - TNT is also quite rare since it requires gunpowder which is obtained by creepers so I believe that solves the fast land clearing problem. Lag would be the main issue but as said above, if it was only able to be placed every so often then it shouldn't be a problem.Other information: Plugin or custom addition: Current Town FlagsOne suggestion per form: I Understand.
Oh please let me make trap....err clear land with tnt! Sorry couldn't resist. Even if the let u place it they would have to let it do damage too. I'm pretty sure you cant distinguish between player and block damage with tnt settings either. -1

They are. But more valuable in my opinion for mechanics and vanilla feel. At least for me. Not likely to happen anytime soon anyway. Just wanted to throw it out there if there was a chance.. lol.
I quite literally included a solution which has seem to have vanished, judging by a few comments. Also, hoppers would allow easy automation and easy money, I don't see any economical benefit that TNT would imply if it was to be enabled. TNT is something that is useful but won't hurt the economy, enabling hoppers would literally turn ECC from a hardcore to easy economy server.
Won't happen for a number of technical reasons (believe it or not, lag is actually not one of them, we've actually for fun blew up the nether before a reset with thousands of tnt blocks, tnt optimization has been perfected ages ago). One of the reasons however is, say your town has TNT enabled, and the town beside you does as well (or heck perhaps even not - not sure where WG detection starts, on TNT block interaction or on TNT explosion location). You can set off a huge chunk of 50x50 TNT blocks, and eventually they will fly outside your region, detonating in a neighboring region, thus griefing the shit out of it. There is just far too much to test/go into detail with for this to ever be a thing.
