It doesn't really look anything like the swastika tbh unless you really reach for it. It looks like an ornamental lamp imo and fits in well with outdoor themed builds. Also, the swastika is a very important religious symbol in the Hindu culture (more than 1 billion people respect this symbol and its beliefs) and has been so far before the events of WW2. The specific incarnation of the swastika you are referring to is rotated by ~45 degrees. Nothing is wrong with the head and doesn't represent evil in anyway.
I'm sure you can find all sorts of other "swastikas" if you put your mind to it! Somehow reminds me of this...
