What are you suggesting:

I know that an armour stand is an entity, but a banned is also an entity lol and we can lock banners​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I had some armour stands with nice gear on, but it was stolen. @WolvieD2GMark tried to help me by checking the armour stands with ice. However, it wasn’t possible cause armour stands are entities. That’s why I request /lock​

Other information:

Please Don’t say “this is like trying to lock a chicken” this time as some of you guys said that in /lock for item frames​
