Fix /Smelt Command​

What are you suggesting:

Remove Diamond, Lapis, Redstone, Coal, Quartz, and Emerald ore from the /smelt and /smelt all command.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I get that you can smelt them in a furnace but, you only get 1 item per ore smelted and it sucks having the /smelt all command but having to worry about a stray ore when you just want to smelt the things that actually NEED to be smelted, i.e.: iron and gold.​
