What are you suggesting:

Allow Polar Bears to be 'shaked' using the mcmmo fishing ability​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Allows people with Polar Bear spawners to train fishing​

Mcmmo plugin someone mentioned that the same was done to husks when they were introduced. Not sure how difficult it may be.​

According to the mcmmo fishing wiki: pigs, chickens, cows, mooshrooms, sheep, squid, and snow golems can all be shaked. None of these mobs are hostile either. And while I haven't been able to personally confirm all of these mobs, sheep can in fact be shaked for wool while earning fishing exp.
