Add Concrete to Bridge materials​

What are you suggesting:

I would like to request concrete to be added to the bridge material list. To me this makes sense because concrete is a very versatile material and great for vibrant builds. I would like to have bridges in my builds just as vibrant!​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I love seeing creative and colorful builds, this can only make them more interesting and I think (my opinion) interesting builds make ECC a better place.​
