Minecraft Username: Ladyvamptress Brief Description: I bought 7 star tools (a couple are god star tools) from @Atzall, he tried to transfer the /own over to me and all the tools ended up having both our names on them as owner. Atzall told me to do /own remove #ID on them and then reown them with /own. I did and it seemed to have fixed the problem, as only my name was on each tool. A few days later I decided I no longer wanted to purchase the tools and when I tried to transfer the /own back to Atzall, it says I was not the owner. So I tried to remove my own and I was told again I was not the owner. So I asked Atzall if he could do /own on them and he said it told them that he was already the owner of the tool, but MY name was the only name on the tool. Then he did /own remove #ID and that removed the long UUID and told him the own was removed however all tools now have my name stuck on them and it will not let anyone else own them at all... Instructions: 1. Have Player A do /own a tool. 2. Have Player A do /own Player B on the tool to add them as recipient on the tool. 3. Have Player B do /own on the tool. 4. Watch as both names are added as owners on that tool. 5. Have Player B does /own remove #ID on tool to remove both names. 6. Have Player B do /own again on the tool. 7. Watch as only Player B's name only is added as owner of tool. 8. Have Player B try to /own [name] or /own remove #ID. 9. Watch as it says in chat Player B is not the owner of the tool (even tho their name is on it). 10. Have Player A try /own remove #ID. 11. Watch as Player A is able to remove the own from the tool, however Player B's name remains, but the long UUID under the name disappears. 12. Do /own and see chat says do /own <player>. 13. Have Player B do /own [any name] and it keeps telling you to /own <player>. 14. Have Player B do /own Player B and it tells you its invaild. How many times did you recreate this?: Several, on 7 different tools. Result: Can't own tools. Expected Result: To be able to own tools and transfer ownership. Not sure if a maintenance has happened, but I can now properly /own and /own remove ID# on the tools, but my name is still stuck on them, is there a way to remove my name from them completely?
They still have my name stuck on them. I can own them and remove the own, that works fine, but from the previous issue... my name is stuck on them even when the tool isn't owned. I think the tools might need to be completely replaced with new tools unless you have a way of removing my name. The coords to the chest with the tools are in my original post.
