Hey, I believe the newest warp to the End in Main north was placed on such a small island that you can never get to the "50 blocks away" rule and build a little cobble pathway off the main island and over to other parts of the end to actually mine the end blocks or chorus fruit, etc...
I've made the radius 20 blocks for this end reset. Should allow you to build off the main island now @dred73
