Remove from the PyroPlus package​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Now that fly+ doesn't allow you to fly in the end, players should be able to use rockets in the end w/o having to buy PyroPlus. There is currently no way to use elytras and fly around in the end. Punch bows no longer work because of one of the past minecraft updates.​
