What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    Main City Server
    Short title for your suggestion:
Reduce lotto timer to 5 minutes
    What are you suggesting:
Reduce the time between lottery drawings to 5 minutes.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Virtually no one plays the lotto during the first half, let alone the first 3/4ths. There is no point adding additional time when it inconveniences users and leads them to forget about lotteries. More lotto means more taxes collected and more fun overall. It's win-win in that regard. ECC lotto should be fun and fast-paced, not the slow and boring experience it currently is.
    Other information:
    Lotto is a cruel mistress.
    Plugin or custom addition:
    Lottery Plugin

100% agree, the lottery timer is extremely long for what it's supposed to do. It reduces the excitement and I often find myself totally forgetting about/skipping rounds when waiting for the timer due to how long it is.
