What are you suggesting:

Ok hear me out--

Say you're annoyed at a certain player, or someone's being annoying in global, but what they're doing isn't necessarily enough to get them banned or rule-breaking or anything. They're just being a bad player, and you want to do something about them to release some stress.

WELL, introducing!! The /spraybottle command! (Or /spray for short)
The command line will go as /spraybottle username or /spray username.

"/spraybottle Cas_with_a_K" or "/spray Orange_Link2" for example.

It'll simply inform the sprayed user that they've been sprayed, and they'll gain harmless water particle effects for a short amount of time.
It stacks though, so the more people that spraybottle x user, the longer it'll last.
Think of it as, as Kas put it, a trail of shame.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Honestly, it's just a suggestion for funsies and recreation :')

Plus it could provide a good stress relief of sorts when dealing with people you don't like, and it's completely harmless light joking.

Or alternatively, you can also pretty much just have an ECC version of watergun fights with your friends! ​

Other information:

To avoid /spray spamming, a cooldown would be needed. I was thinking maybe a player could only /spray a different individual player only once per day, or after about an hour's interval.

For example, if I /spraybottle playerA I will not be able to use /spray on them for at least an hour or so, but I can still /spraybottle playerB and so on and so forth.

The /spraybottle notification chat for the sprayed player will also remain anonymous, something along the lines of "Someone used a spray bottle on you!" or "You've been sprayed with water!"


I dunno, this just seems like a fun idea and I won't lose anything by sharing and suggesting it ​
