-1 you can /cmodify but it either fails or just adds and ignores. I can't remember which. either way if they did make it addable. you should suck it up. if you let them in you better trust them not to bypass or be granting them that right.
This is the EcoCityCraft server forums. You’ll need to suggest stuff like this to the plugin developer via the Spigot forums. Personally I don’t like it so won’t be suggesting it myself. Nor will I be forking the project to maintain a custom version with such changes.
