Which specific town flags are you referring to?

 

+1 Only if it helps prevent griefing incidents.

 

-1 but for only one reason. If you are flying through a region and fly into a no feature area what happens? With fly off\disabled...you die. There are many other features who's use prevents death, and while most of us are responsible people who wouldn't misuse something like this we aren't all the people. Now if there was a pvp setting contained to a building by staff that I would support completely!
Like pvp and then pvphc for no features.

I also acknowledge furious’s point, and it would be hard way to eliminate that fatal threat. Overall I think it’s a neat idea, I think sleeper suggested it for PvP, so I think it would be easier to just remove the flying in a PvP zone, put it in the application for a PvP zone in a town to remove the fly/speed feature in that area. That seems more realistic to me tbh.

+1-1 good idea but narrow it down to only a PvP zone.

 

Worldguard is a huge plugin and I really doubt andrew's looking to spend resources modifying/maintaining a custom verion. There may be a few flags already that could be used but I haven't looked.

 

If https://worldguard.enginehub.org/en/latest/regions/flags/ is the most accurate listing - those are what you should break your suggestion into.

I can almost 100% promise you that a custom project to enable/disable specific ECC store packages (since you've mentioned fly, water, lava, etc) via town flags is something andrew won't even consider.
