What are you suggesting?

Add the style formatting codes (italics '&o' / underline '&n' / bold '&l' / strikethrough '&m') already enabled for Patrons via /ch qm to /shout messages​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?

Style formatting codes are already enabled for users that can bypass the in-game chat filter, so providing players without the Patron rank access to those text modifiers would likely encourage them to actually spend EcoDollars on /shout messages.​
