The Frost Walker 2 Boot Enchantment be added to the list of possible enchantments at /warp enchant​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?

Frost Walker 2 allows players to "walk on water" by creating "Frosted Ice" (ice that is unable to be harvested) within a 3-5 block radius which melts after a few seconds from exposure to a light source (the sun or light-emitting blocks). This specific enchantment has all kinds of useful applications from crossing large oceans in the mining world (for users without Fly+), to transporting passive mobs such as tamed horses from one town to another. It is even useful for plotting out towns in the middle of oceans! Users would no doubt appreciate the opportunity to use this ability, and creating a new [Enchant] sign at /warp enchant would be exceedingly helpful.​

Other information:

Due to the rarity of enchanted books that only contain Frost Walker 2, it is extremely difficult to acquire this enchantment by itself. Often times Frost Walker 2 enchanted books are accompanied by negative costs such as Curse of Vanishing or enchantments with higher demand such as Protection 4. This artificially increases the cost of Frost Walker 2, or in fact makes these enchanted books useful as commodities only insofar as whatever other enchantments they contain (a Protection 4 and Frost Walker 2 enchanted book being sold solely for its value as a Protection 4 enchanted book). Due to these factors, it would be appropriate to add the Frost Walker 2 enchantment to the enchanting room at /warp enchant.
PS - There is enough space to add another [Enchant] sign underneath the "Boots" section in the "Armor" area.​
