1 more build height to /market regions​

What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting that station regions in /warp market be given 1 additional height block so that you can properly build a floor to cover the brick and to build a roof yet have evenly distributed floors. 4 Blocks on each floor.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Please let me have four build-able levels on the first and second floors... look at this design.​

Other information:

Another very small change, that won't change any mechanic just simply give me some aesthetic pleasure out of my shop.​

Change to existing regions.​
