• Sale Price of Magic Tropical Fish (ID #LR16H7XG) is set at 20m.
• I will transfer and /own Magic Tropical Fish to @taddortot after down payment.
  
• I will create a chestshop at X: 240 Y: 78 Z: -4565 (/warp ebonhold) in server for payment plan.

• @taddortot will transfer a single shulker of Nstars (at current market price of 2500 per) plus 1m ECD to @Ekivcraft as a down payment. (Totaling 5,320,000 ECD, with 14,680,000 ECD as remaining balance.
  
• @taddortot will pay @Ekivcraft 500k ECD weekly as payment until completion.
• No weekly late fees.
  
• Final payment date is set to be July 26th, 2024
