Right click with Magic Shears in hand. How many times did you recreate this? Probably around 15 times. I also had @FwgKing try as well. He had same result. Result: Nothing Expected Result: Clip the animals resulting in wool or mushrooms.
Can confirm. Believe it's due to the fix of how magic items are handled after maintenance since it's only the magic shears not working in all worlds.
