I used /magic when I did not own the feature yet and it put it on the 30 day cooldown. Since then I have purchased wizard and the cooldown did not reset. 1. use /magic when you do not own the wizard feature 2. use /magic again and you will see it has a cooldown 3. buy the wizard feature 4. still on cooldown from using /magic when you did not own the feature
Thanks for reporting. I have added this to our development bug tracker. In the meantime please contact an SA (@STAFF-04 Server Admin) and they will verify your purchase and upgrade the tool of your choice via the Main server if you've not used the command a single time yet on anything. If you already used Magic from your purchase however on any other main server, keep in mind it has changed to only allowing usage via the Main server as such reducing it from 3 to 1 per month.
I understand you changed it from 3 to 1 per month, but I tried to use it 3 times when 3 times were allowed and I could not use my 3rd one due to a server bug. I humbly ask you to allow me to use my 3rd one as it was not user error that stopped me from being able to use my 3rd one. Edit: if the 3rd use was not bugged due to server problems, I would have used all 3 when 3 were allowed, which is why im asking to be allowed to use it a 3rd time.
Normally we would not make this exception as we would have to track down every single person who didn't get 3 full uses. However seeing as yours was the result of an actual server bug, an @STAFF-04 Server Admin has the go ahead to handle your request.
