Minecraft Username: Pixel75 Brief Description: Magic Axe does not remove bee nests from cherry trees when in tree feller mode. Not sure if this is intended or a bug. The cherry tree will never grow due to the bee nest obstructing the growing area. Instructions: 1. Find a cherry tree with a bee nest on it. (Usually a few at /warp pixel tree farm) 2. Use a Magic Axe in tree feller mode to harvest it. How many times did you recreate this?: 3-4 times Result: Wood and leaves are removed, but the bee nest will stay in the air. Expected Result: The bee nest would be removed as well.
^^this happens for other tree types as well not just cherry (oak/birch). but im also not sure if this is intended or not.
I would rather not have bee nests be removed with magic axes. They don't stack in your inventory if they contain bees and would just be thrown on the floor, whereas you can use a boosted level 2 bee nest and manually collect them after destroying all the trees surrounding them.
Then what's the point of this bug report? You would rather have the nests go in your inventory if you're soley farming wood? However, we already have a method to collect nests if you were to farm for bee nests. It's called a boosted nest.
Since mtools bypass item filter and collecting and storing nests sucks when you want to do it why would I want to be forced to do it? Use a boosted nest, or suggets a new buy able tool/feature for this. -1
I'm not suggesting collecting the nests. I'm saying that trees will never regrow after the saplings are planted.
Bug report denied. Development todo list removed. Looks like you guys will have to hash this out in the suggestion section.
