macro/light load mods

Having trouble installing this. I load mc, which says I am running optifine and light loader, i hit play, the screen goes away, it says loading, and nothing happens. I reopen mc, load it with just optifine, works fine... Idk why. Would like to have this run so I can install the macro mod

 

It says in the lil profile thing: Liteloader 1.8 with optifine Hd_U_B4

 

That's partly how I set this up. They are both 1.8-1.8.1, IdK why they don't run
