If I were you, I'd delete your current mods/1.8 macro folder and reinstall macromod. But that's because I can't read crash reports
What Dc says is the best first solution and then post another photo if it happens again. Another thing you might try is to change to the default texture pack, however, I would only do one thing at a time and Dc's suggestion is the best first step in the process!
