Hello miniCLH, The minimum requirement of a lock removal is normally 7 days of inactivity, or a user being banned. In this case as the user is active, we need evidence that they have been informed of your request for them to remove their own locks. In the case of your forum post with the user tagged, we would need that post to be 7 days old before we could remove the users locks, as that gives them enough time to respond and deal with their locks. Please file again when one of the minimum requirements has been met.
