The user held me as mayor responsible for loss of his items, and demanded i reimburse him for his loss and the cost of his property ( 7k for the prebuilt property he had purchased) I even tried to work with him on removing the locks for a partial reimbursement, he then responded by adding more locks until i pay him. He was contacted by a mod, with no action. he was served a 3 day eviction notice, and a few mail msgs asking him to remove them, along with multiple conversations on the topic 10.
