The user was banned from my town for stealing three chests of cocoabeans. The chest are clearly marked
to be used only for planting the cocoabean farm only. the user took the beans and sold them. The crime was varified by an investagator. I have sent the user a mail msg stating he stole and was no longer welcome, and to remove the lock on the trap door. The user has been offline for over a week and has not replyed. a 3 day eviction notice was served via sign on the 25th

B: the user choose to leave after someone stole some items from an unlocked chest. The user held me as mayor responsible for loss of his items, and demanded i reimburse him for his loss and the cost of his property ( 7k for the prebuilt property he had purchased) I even tried to work with him on removing the locks for a partial reimbursement, he then responded by adding more locks until i pay him. He was contacted by a mod, with no action. he was served a 3 day eviction notice, and a few mail msgs asking him to remove them, along with multiple conversations on the topic
