These locks were clearly part of a building that was recently here, there are even log block results around the area of a building that was being removed. I am afraid I will not be removing these locks because they are 'Troll locks' as I see no evidence of them being troll locks. You will have to wait the required inactivity time or contact the user to have them removed. Locked.
