Can you provide proof of this?: No he is not banned but I was a little late to get this in and the town rules state that you have to be inactive for 10 days. He had done this about a month ago. 10. As I stated before this user is not inactive, They need to be offline for 7 days before I can remove their locks. The only other way these locks will be removed is if you have proof that you have contacted them and given this user sufficient time to remove the locks. Locked.
