They have been inactive for 10 days now, and is being evicted per town rules. As they are inactive, I've not been able to ask them to remove by pm. 10. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The plot it is in is a free plot I give to builders. I would like to remove the inactive builder and give the plot to another new player to ECC.
