the chest are locked by giffgiff there in my town and he went on a rampage when i put my town there so i would like the chest removed so i can put plots there cords are and its just chest and doors with a furnace the chest with the arrow is in sitos town buts on the border of the towns so does he have to do a lwc on it or can you just unlock it all
