Why do you want it gone/reasons?: I do want his locks to be on the signs and I want to remove the chest.
The user Tommy10606 has not been inactive long enough to have his locks removed nor is there evidence of notice. I would recommend sending him a PM on the forums stating the name of the town and giving 3 days notice to remove his locks. Request Denied
