The user is on every now and then, and we seem to never be on when the other is on, so can you remove them? and i'll just put em' in a chest?
The minimum requirements for removing a users locks are 7 days of inactivity or, in the case of an active user, 3 day warning (via in game mail or forum message) or evidence that the user refuses to remove the locks.
