Hello, These locks cannot be removed right now. The player has only been gone for 2 days and it requires 7 days to be considered inactive. That being said, you can PM them or /mail them requesting to remove their locks. Please take screenshots with time stamps in it. Then you can file a new LWC request in 3 days.
