he is a co-owner of my town because i had sold them a portion of my town to do as he pleased (add plots/members). I have a rules board at the front of my town in which it states anyone inactive for 7 days will have perms/lwc's removed unless prior arrangements are made. Another thing is as server rules state according to admins i have contacted the server is 7 or 8 days inactivity is grounds for removal
