As you stated the locks cannot be removed today, as I can see from your screenshots that you have sent them today, and you have stated as such. Also, this wasn't needed, but its always nice to make sure you can prove when you sent it. I will be locking this thread since I cannot remove the locks, just remember you can link this thread when you file the new lwc. Lwc removal request denied.
