Without proof I cannot simple remove the lock, Yes you said that he was mailed 3 days ago, however you have to evidence to prove that this is so. if I was to approve this without any proof that he had been contacted then people would just say this all the time just to have the locks removed without question. i am sorry but you will either need to post proof that you have contacted the user about having the lock removed or have the user come and remove it themselves. -Jakey Denied.
