Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Not banned, PMed them a few time over the past day have stolen one of the apartments and have ignored all attempts to contact even tried puttin a sign in front of his chest. 9. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Not part of the town, not ever contacted me not paid for the room and has stolen the apartment made for paid residents. Have since removed all doors and chests so this never happens again. One other room has been stolen as well by a differnt user next to this one but attempts to contact that user is still undergoing probably another LWC removal topic coming up if unresponsive. But thats for another topic.
