Sorry, but we must wait until 7 days have passed prior to removing a users lock. You can either wait until he/she Appeals, and then request the locks to be removed. Or, you wait until 7 days have passed, and then you may file another Grief Report. We have this system in place to allow the users a chance to Appeal, come back online, and claim their items.
