He griefed Rocaar, a member of the town, so I have removed him from the town list. I would like to have the room open for rent again as soon as possible.

He was on 3 hours ago at the time of this reply, you can have him removed from town but allow him to come unlock his locks. If he refuses to do so, please take screenshots of him saying no and post them in another LWC Removal. Locked.
