Why do you want it gone/reasons?: This person (zionoiz) is not, and never has been, a member of my town and apparently bullied the plot's owner into allowing the locking of the plot owner's chests and door. Furthermore, they claimed to live in one of the town buildings which is untrue since it is locked by me.
