Yes I have contacted him about removing the lock and I offered him a teleport to it so he could quickly be on his way again. However, he refused. Below is a link to screenshots showing most of my conversation with him where he refuses to unlock the chest. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: The user was a new resident of my town who was kicked out for griefing. Before he left he took down most of his house but left this one locked chest behind in the basement. Since I would like to be able to resell the plot I need the chest gone.
