On the last lwc removal i did videowiz said he was banned on request, denied. What actually happened was he got banned for not paying me back a loan, then made a ban appeal and got unbanned but only if he pays me back my money or else he gets banned again and he wasnt able to pay me back so he made a ban request, he would have gotten banned ether way.
current information states that he is banned by request however he has been offline for 15 days now so the chests are unlocked
