He was inactive in terms of building, so three days back (Nov 17), I sent a mail in-game giving him 3-days to remove his locks. He never lived in my city, He was going to do the job and never did. That’s the mail 3 days before I filled out the LWC.
Whether or not he was actually a resident of your town is irrelevant. In any case, you'll need to issue them a 3 day notice that specifies the town and/or specific location where the locks of located for the sake of clarity - And my question as stated above, is do you have such a notice? Or is the one posted above the only one you have?
