Please provide any relevant evidence. No, they are not inactive. I sent them a mail regarding the locks which they have not responded to, however they were online to see the mail sent to them. I checked this using /seen. EDIT- They were never a part of my town, their chest was there before I claimed the area. 8. Please provide the following information for each area of protections. X: 12511 Y: 63 Z: 9785 Type of protection: Chest. 9. Are any of the protections listed located in a PvP-enabled area? No. 10. Why are you requesting these be removed? They are in the way of my town. I do not want them there and would like them removed immediately.

May I send them another mailed message and screenshot the message, and see if they respond? If they don't respond I can upload the images onto imgur, and send you the link. Would that be okay? @SimsElemental
I suggest you do this, but remember to out the date you sent the message, the town name and say they have three days in the message. If they do not respond it is better to file a fresh report after 3 days. I'll be locking this to give them chance and yourself chance to provide evidence Locked, reason stated above
