Yes the player who owns the chests are seems to be inactive. If I do /seen Link_Miner it says Player Not Found so I'm guessing that means has not been on the server for a significant amount of time so that he is not resisted on the server. Also I am not able to mail him. I have also checked his Username and it says there are 0 username changes.
