Hello @Reincarnated_ The user has not been offline for the required amount of days which is 7 days+ without a notice and 3 days+ with one. I see they are banned for minor grief in the town, we can only unlock them straight away if they have been banned for moderate grief or higher. Please wait until they have been either offline for 7 days or send them an eviction notice giving them 3 days or above.
