If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?: No they are not banned. Yes I contacted them about a three day warning three days ago. 12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: Turning town into a tree farm/inactive for 7+ days.
Also to help, The chests are divided down the middle with while facing north jangolindsey's on the left and maggietina's on the right. Of these chests 10 of them are maggietina's and 12 of them are jangolindsey's. Above the layer of chests is two furnaces one belongs to jangolindsey and the other to maggietina. Also one block north of the chests is two fence gates one belongs to jangolindsey and the other to maggietina. 9 blocks above the chests is a single chest owned by maggietina.
