Well, The user has left my town. I do not have proof of this, But he has been kicked out and he has agreed to this. @pokemon9508
To remove the lock, the player must either be offline or you will need to provide evidence of either an eviction notice or them agreeing to have their locks removed.
Evidence that is neither collected via (often timestamped) Minecraft screenshots nor from a message on the forum will never be regarded as valid because there is no way for staff to check for the authenticity of the evidence. As such, Skype screenshots are not eligible to serve as proof in a LWC removal request. Please either supply evidence of them agreeing to have their locks removed or evidence of them being told to leave the town within 3 days.
