11. Is this user banned from the server? If not, have you tried to contact them about removing their things? Can you provide proof of this?:
The user did a job for me and was subsequently removed on good terms. I guess he just forgot to remove them, he was using them to make stone on site I guess.
I can't seem to find him online and there is a construction project in progress waiting for the furnaces to be removed.

12. Why do you want it gone/reasons?:
No need for them anymore and I can't seem to find him online recently. The furnaces are in the way of a construction project that is now on hold.

 

I just checked to discover that he has been recently banned and has appealed this ban. So he won't be able to come into the game and remove the locks himself right now.
